Data Strings turns any section into a living data visualization. Thousands of thin, additively-blended strings are generated in real time on a canvas - no images, no video, no plugins. Fully responsive and razor-sharp at any size.
8 style presets. Hourglass (pinched-waist flow), Comet (frayed gradient tail), Fan, Wave, Burst (radial collider explosion), Spire (apex drape), Fountain (fiber-optic plume), and Curtain (crossing thread-rain). Rotate any preset in four directions and recolor it with your own palette - solid per-bundle colors or a gradient that flows along each string.
Alive by default. Strings draw themselves in from their origin with a staggered ease-out animation the moment they scroll into view. Sweep your cursor through them and they bend away with real spring physics - a force field, velocity fling, and a springy settle you can tune from taut to wobbly. Every string tip carries a glowing dot, and optional particles stream along the strands.
Fast everywhere. Renders 1,000+ strands at 60fps, automatically adapts quality to the component’s size, sleeps completely when idle, pauses off-screen, respects reduced-motion, and stays lightweight on the Framer canvas while you edit. Zero external dependencies.
25+ controls. Strands, bundles, waist position, pinch and width, spreads, opacity, stroke width, sparkle dots, draw-in duration, physics radius, strength, stiffness and damping, particle count and speed, and a seed stepper - every seed generates a brand-new artwork.
